I am a developmental professional with over 35 years' experience at the International level in the area of ICT for Development and e-Government. I joined ISOC in 1992 in Kobe and I am currently a board member of the ISOC Italian Chapter.
I am currently focusing on the developmental impact of blockchain and DLTs – Distributed Ledger Technologies - and their multiple application in finance, commerce, Internet of Things, AI and many others.
